It’s a waste of time. The clothes won’t stop you from being stereotyped. And you’re doing your kid the ultimate disservice by giving him the impression a shirt will protect him from racism. It won’t. I’m sorry reality hit you the way it did but honestly, it’s far more prudent to let it free you to dress how you want than it is to double down with buying more polo shirts.
